This Subprocessors page identifies third-party service providers used by Spherium.ai LLC ("Spherium.ai," "Spherium," "we," "our," or "us") to deliver, support, secure, and improve the Spherium.ai services.
This page is provided for transparency and legal review. The providers listed below may process information depending on customer configuration, website interaction, support activity, billing activity, selected AI models, and enabled integrations.
1. Overview
Spherium.ai uses third-party service providers for hosting, infrastructure, CRM, support ticketing, marketing operations, billing, AI model processing, analytics, advertising, retargeting, and related operational purposes.
Subprocessors may process different categories of information depending on the services they provide. Spherium.ai works to limit provider access to information reasonably necessary for the provider's purpose.
Spherium.ai may update this list as providers, platform capabilities, or business operations change.

3. AI Model Providers
Customers may configure or select AI model providers through Spherium.ai. When a customer selects an AI model provider, Customer Data may be transmitted to that provider as necessary to process the customer's request.
AI model provider processing may depend on:
- Customer configuration
- Selected model
- Selected provider
- Applicable provider terms
- Provider privacy and data handling practices
- Customer's agreement with Spherium.ai or the provider
Spherium.ai does not use Customer Data to train AI models owned or operated by Spherium.ai.
4. Website, Advertising, and Retargeting Providers
Spherium.ai may use website analytics, advertising, and retargeting technologies to measure campaign effectiveness, understand website usage, and present relevant advertising.
Where enabled, these providers may include Google, LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook), and similar advertising or analytics providers.
Visitors may manage cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner available on our website where applicable.
5. Internal Systems
Google Workspace is not listed as a customer-facing subprocessor because it is used only for internal access to backend systems and is not used as a primary processor of website, support, or product customer data.
6. Changes to Subprocessors
Spherium.ai may update this page from time to time as providers change or new services are added.
